Makini Young

Since graduating from Chantilly High School in 1998 I've continued to be involved in lots of campus and community organizations. Some being, Caribbean Students Association, Undergraduate Student Government, Big Brother/Big Sister, Dean's Advisory Counsels, America's Promise and the University Judicial Affairs Hearing Board. In May 2003 I completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations & Information Systems Management with a minor in Information Science & Technology for Speech Communications at Penn State. Since graduation I have taken a full time position with Penn State as an IT Specialist in Security Operations & Systems. I plan to obtain a Masters in Information Science in Technology with a Thesis concentration in Emerging & Ubiquitous Technologies, or Quality Manufacturing Management
