Our Miss Pennsylvania Scholarship Organization Philosophy is based on a sense of fairness and concerns for our contestants, our local directors, our volunteers, our sponsors, our board members and our scholarship organization itself.
Our Young Women of Pennsylvania must be provided with a safe, friendly, non-biased forum in which they can compete to become Miss Pennsylvania, through their community service, talents, and intelligence, while empowering them to achieve their personal and professional goals
Our Local Directors must be provided with clear and specific communications and support to ensure that the same safe, non-biased forum exists on the local level and in accordance with Miss America rules and regulations.
Our Volunteers must receive the support and recognition they deserve for the long hours and hard work they donate to the organization while maintaining a non-biased opinion of the contestants.
Our Sponsors must receive a value for their investment through the marketing of the program, acknowledgement of our gratitude for their contributions and continued exposure through out the pageant year.
The Board of Directors of MPSO expects support, cooperation and loyalty from the contestants, local directors and its co board members, through event participation, program ad sales and state fund raising and the continued promotion of the MPSO Program.
